I am sure you would all like to own a horse like Politeness. Ask Phil Sly and he would like a stable full of them.

Politeness, a recent Group 1 winner of the Myer Classic and second in the Emirates during the recent Melbourne Spring Carnival is a testament to that. Interestingly enough she never won a race until she was a 3YO and went on to blossom as a 4YO which is typical of the pedigree cross.

And La Passe, a multiple Group 2 winner during the recent Melbourne Spring Carnival winning the Blazer and Tristarc Stakes. La Passe who made her debut in the Spring of 2014 as a 4YO having only 2 starts and winning her maiden at Warrnambool. La Passe returned late Autumn in 2015 and raced through to the the Spring having 12 starts and winning 5 of them, from a BM70 through to a Group 2. Darren Dance and his partners will no doubt pencil in this cross for further purchases.

The above examples have underlined the success of a pedigree that has Street Sense crossed over Danehill lined mares. And given the time to mature the breed will provide a great deal of success.

Fortunately for us, our Street Sense out of Petta Gaye (ex-Danehill) who was under contract has now become available. Due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer has regretably come under financial difficulty, hence the opportunity for prospects to get involved in a horse by Street Sense out of a Danehill mare who is currently a 3YO, is upon us. Timing couldn’t be better. The cross has well and truely proven itself during the Spring.
