We purchased this colt at the Magic Millions Yearling Sale for a bargain at $90k. Lot 903, a chestnut colt by Multiple Group 1 winning 2yo, son of Redoute’s Choice, in King’s Legacy, out of the Dream Ahead mare, Maewyn. He was the only colt we wanted right from the start, as we know the family well. We trained the first foal, Throw A Punch, who won multiple jump outs at Cranbourne, and Greg had a huge opinion of him, but unfortunately the owners had to sell him to Hong Kong. The second foal by Magna Grecia, is trained by Gerald Ryan and he has a big opinion of him as well. We think this colt is a better type the both of them, has such a great temperament, so much length and is going to grow into a magnificent animal in time.
